(ORANGE CÔTE D’IVOIRE ) – A visit to the Agora of Koumassi was held this Thursday, June 3, 2021, in the presence of the Ivorian Minister of Construction, Mr. Bruno Nabagné Koné, the French Minister Delegate in charge of Foreign Trade and Attractiveness, Mr. Franck Riester and Mrs. Nafy Coulibaly Silué, Deputy General Manager of the Orange Côte d’Ivoire Group. The Koumassi agora is the first achievement of the Agora program, which aims to provide people with a framework for development and healthy entertainment.
The Koumassi agora is a community space that promotes social cohesion and economic development. Through the organization of cultural and sports activities, the initiative aims to promote social innovation through the promotion of sports, sustainable development and health among the populations of the communes of the city of Abidjan. The Agora of Koumassi will be a meeting place and a place of exchange, and will see the organization of prevention programs for young people on environmental issues, as well as professional and entrepreneurial training, not to mention awareness campaigns on health issues.
